- QuestionDo you organize groups by age or level of knowledge?AnswerThe primary criterion for the group formation is the level of knowledge, because it can be absolutely different at the same age. Next, we focus on the age of a student.
- QuestionWhat should I do if I cannot be present during the lesson?AnswerWe appreciate your and our time, so if you cannot be present during the lesson - just inform our administrator.
If you cannot be present during the group lesson because you do not feel well or some other reasons, you can always join the lesson via Zoom. If you are ill and cannot learn English physically, but lessons have been already paid – no problems! You should only bring a medical certificate to the administrator and he/she will deduct the cost of missed classes from the payment for the next month. If you were absent without a good reason and warning – the money will not be refunded. - QuestionWhat is the nearest studio to me?AnswerLocation of our studios in the different parts of the city allows you to choose the nearest and the most convenient for you variant. At the moment there are four of our studios in Khmelnytskyi by the following addresses:
